Victoria Elias

Sr. Associate

Victoria Elias, a native of Brooklyn, New York, is an Associate at the Institute for Common Power, where she leads key components of the organization’s Education to Action initiatives. In this role, she identifies strategic opportunities to deepen partnerships, increase organizational visibility, and enhance internal impact tracking through data collection and evaluation.

Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and African American Studies from SUNY Buffalo. During her time there, she served as a Student Ambassador, Vice President of the African American Student Organization, and a mentor with the Educational Opportunity Program.

Her career spans public affairs, grassroots organizing, and community development. She has supported civic and policy focused work with the NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, the Office of Representative Hakeem Jeffries, and a New York City Council campaign, where she served as a Consultant. Across roles, Victoria has contributed to the development of community outreach strategies, volunteer mobilization, and the cultivation of cross-sector partnerships to advance equity driven work.
