The Freedom Riders Paved the Way: A Campaign to Support Frontline Educators
America today is confronted with an attack on truth and democracy in education. An authoritarian political movement aims to eradicate hard but truthful aspects of our past, present, and potential futures.
The Institute for Common Power is built for this moment.
Join us as we launch a campaign to support frontline educators who are under assault for simply teaching the truth and working to create an inclusive democracy. We seek to raise funds for three foundation parts of American Education:
Sponsor a Teacher
Support educators to join immersive learning tours of the American South focused on racial and voting rights that enable them to teach with fullness and integrity

Support Educators’ Projects
Fund truthful and democratic teaching projects for which so many American educators no longer have funds or support.

Provide Free Education
Support a speaker’s fund to supply educators with FREE continuing-education lectures and vision conversations.
